2020 AFS Annual Meeting: Sponsorship, Exhibits and Advertising

Why sponsor, exhibit or advertise at the 2020 AFS Annual Meeting?

Reach 1200+ professionals in folklore studies and related fields, working in academic, public, and private institutions. Our exhibitors are a vital part of our annual meetings. Plus, as an exhibitor, you have access to all sessions and social events.  Learn more at 2020 Annual Meeting.

Our attendees are particularly interested in:

Publications: showcase books and/or journals to those interested in advancing their education. Meet scholars interested in publishing their own work.

Technology: expand attendees’ awareness of technology that will assist them in the field and at their home institutions. Show them how you can help improve their work.

Community Resources: connect communities to information and resources about folklore studies, folklore, folklife, festivals, exhibits, archives, and more!

Sponsor an Event

Plan Your Own Event

Host a virtual coffee break, meet and greet, panel or information session of your own. Attendees may attend your live event, or access a recording later and add comments asynchronously, if you choose. Contact us at lcashman@indiana.edu or 812-856-2422 to discuss how we can support your plans.

Support a Scheduled Session/Event

Help support the meeting by sponsoring the keynote addresses or other already-scheduled event. The session description will feature your name and logo, if you choose.

Exhibit Gallery

Claim your space in our Exhibit Gallery, where attendees can browse, then dive deeper into your customized space, watch video, if you like, and contact you. This is a great way to share information about your organization and share links to your catalog or website.

Conference-Wide Banner Ad

Place your logo on the footer of the conference hub, where attendees will see it on every page that they visit.

Discounts are available if you’d like to participate in more than one way.
