The Fellowship Program is designed to encourage use of the collections and/or to support new documentation projects that create primary resource material for future use in the Jazz & Heritage Archive.

The Jazz & Heritage Fellowships are intended for people who have demonstrated a remarkable capacity to document the art and culture of Louisiana, and to present their findings in public events, publications, exhibitions and the like.

A maximum of three fellowships of up to $5,000 will be awarded. Fellows must provide a mid-project report or presentation.

Application deadline: Oct. 31, 2014

Award notification: Jan. 15, 2015
