Minnesota State Arts Board Seeks Contractor to Evaluate State Folk Arts Program

The Minnesota State Arts Board is looking for a qualified contractor with experience and expertise in the folk and traditional arts who can design and implement a comprehensive evaluation and assessment of its current Folk and Traditional Arts grant program to determine if the program is meeting its goals and outcomes.

The contractor will also be expected to create a program development plan based on the needs of the field and the grant funds available to increase the number of Minnesotans who participate, as practitioners or learners, in the folk and traditional arts.

The call for proposals will become available on Friday, April 12, 2013. Please email program officer Kathee Foran at to receive a copy.

Interested parties should review the call for proposals when it becomes available and submit any questions in writing.
