Berea College Announces Tenure Track Position in Nutrition and Food Studies

Berea College announces a tenure track faculty appointment in nutrition and food studies or related areas starting in August 2021. This position requires a doctorate plus experience teaching nutrition and other food studies (or related) courses at the undergraduate level. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Fundamentals of Nutrition each semester, Consumers and the Food System, and developing additional nutrition or food studies related courses.  It is highly desirable for the successful applicant to be able to teach cross-content either in human development or family studies. The successful candidate would also be expected to contribute to the General Education program and offer courses related to food and nutrition topics applicable to students in all disciplines.
