National Public Folklife Project Directory Continues to Add Projects to Growing Directory

The National Public Folklife Project Directory is an accessible public-facing directory of exemplary folklife projects created by Kiran Singh Sirah (International Storytelling Center) and Zoe van Buren, (North Carolina Arts Council).

Singh and van Buren invite folklorists to submit their own projects in order to add to the growing directory. They particularly suggest submitting concrete projects that have the potential to be scaled up, replicated, and contributes to telling the story of public folklife impact on community interests. Projects that intersect with other disciplines or are collaborations between entities are also welcomed. To submit projects, see Folklife Project Directory

The hope for the Project Directory is that it would serve as an excellent resource that showcases the diverse work that public folklorists are involved in.
