AFS Review: Did You Know...?

AFS Needs You to Curate the Folklore Wiki

The AFS Folklore Wiki contains some invaluable resources, but its value as a knowledge base depends on community contributions.

In a perfect world, we’d all use this capability to create a comprehensive collection of Resources for Folklorists, with new pages, new links, amplifications, and documents (bibliographies, syllabi, proposals).

In our imperfect state, though, you can still make a difference by periodically checking the links and information about your own Organizations and Institutions and Publications and Communications.

Recent, member-led efforts have contributed to Organizations and Institutions, and staff have periodically added to Online Folklore Communities and Discussion Groups and Blogs and Podcasts About Folklore; most other Folklore Wiki pages are in even greater need of attention.

If you are a member, you can sign in to edit any existing Folklore Wiki page. Alternatively, you can submit corrections, additions or requests for assistance to
