SYMPOSIA IRANICA: First Biennial Iranian Studies Graduate Conference

Hosted by the University of St Andrews, 13-14 April 2013

CALL FOR PAPERS: Symposia Iranica invites proposals for papers that relate to any aspect of Iranian studies.

These include (but are by no means limited to): literature, political science, philosophy, archaeology, religions and theology, geography, historiography, sociology, anthropology, music, history of art, architecture, international relations, education, history, linguistics, Diaspora studies, new media and communication studies, film, and the
performing arts. Interdisciplinary papers are also very welcome.

Submissions are welcomed from the following:

1. final year undergraduates
2. postgraduates (enrolled)
3. doctoral candidates
4. post-docs (subject to graduation between 2009-12)

All abstracts are subject to double-blind peer-review. Deadline for submissions: November 30th, 2012
