Salisbury University in Maryland is hosting its second annual Chesapeake Studies conference—"Change and Continuity in America's Estuary"  on June 10–12, 2020.

The conference will host presentations and panel discussions that contribute to the scholarly understanding of the Chesapeake and Delmarva regions from a broad range of disciplines in the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and the arts. There will be a formal poster presentation time right after lunch on June 11 for scholars to discuss their work. The organizers of the conference intend for this conference to be one in a series of conferences to promote the scholarly study of the region and hope it will stimulate the development of a network of Chesapeake studies scholars.

For more information, see Chesapeake Studies Conference.

There is a call for proposals for presentations and panel discussions until December 16. See Call for Proposals for more information.
