Native Arts and Cultures Foundation Accepting Applications for Program Officer Position

Friday, March 07, 2014   (0 Comments)
The Native Arts and Cultures Foundation seeks a highly experienced program officer eager to help lead the foundation’s transformational growth and strategic development as it aspires to become an outstanding national presenter giving voice and visibility to Native artists and culture bearers. Our ideal candidate will share our belief in the power of the arts as medicine to inspire and heal individuals and positively impact our communities and nation. The Program Officer should approach this work with passion and dedication and possess the professional skills necessary to manage and expand an exciting and unique long-term initiative.

Reporting directly to NACF’s president/CEO, the Program Officer will also work closely with the Program Director and assist the Development and Communications staff in a collaborative fashion. By providing co-leadership, direction and coordination of the foundation’s new initiative, the PO will co-lead the final design effort, co-manage the budget and oversee the implementation of this initiative regionally and nationally.

A complete description of the position and application information is available at http://www.nativeartsandcultures.org/sites/default/files/Program-Officer-NACF.pdf. Applications will not be accepted after March 31, 2014, and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
