The American Folklore Society celebrates the awards, honors, books, significant grants, and other achievements of scholars in the field of folklore, by way of publicizing them on the AFS website and in the AFS Review. If you have recently enjoyed a significant achievement in your folklore-related career, please send detailed information to AFS Graduate Assistant Roz Rini Larson at rrini@indiana.edu or americanfolkloresociety@gmail.com.

Publicizing the great work of scholars in our field helps to increase public awareness of folklore and folklorists, shedding light on their past, present, and future contributions to academia and to the world at large.
