Their Story is Our Story provides a unique opportunity for writers to increase refugee awareness. Writers are needed to translate raw interview data into compelling stories and articles that will be shared with an international audience by means of social media, traditional publication in newspapers and journals, and the organization blog.

Writers will be expected to provide copy every 2-6 weeks based on the type of copy provided. We need writers with a wide variety of skill sets from character development to fact-based reporting—writers of all types are encouraged to apply. Stories will be assigned to writers based on skill set and availability. All copy will undergo review by an editor and the TSOS approval board prior to posting. Writers who meet our criteria and provide acceptable copy are guaranteed to be published at minimum on the TSOS-controlled web pages. This is a great way to build name recognition while helping people who need to have their voices amplified.
