The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking an excellent candidate to fill the position of Associate Director of Engagement. This position leads Carolina Performing Arts’ efforts to integrate the performing arts into the core academic and teaching mission of the University as a whole, as well as to meaningfully engage diverse communities in and around the University. The Associate Director of Engagement will report to the Director of Programming.

A primary function of this position is directing CPA’s Arts@TheCore initiative, which supports opportunities for students, faculty, and the Carolina community to integrate performances and artist visits into their coursework and extracurricular activities, and strengthens the bonds between academics and Carolina Performing Arts.
