Creative Alliance, an organization in Baltimore, MD, devoted to "area artists and [promoting] Baltimore as a center for creative production," is now hiring for the positions of Development Director and Community Arts Manager.
The Development Director is responsible for creating and implementing the organization’s development and fundraising strategies to meet its contributed income goals. He/she leads the staff and board in stewardship of current donors, funders and partners, and identifying, cultivating and soliciting prospective individual, foundation and corporate donors.

The Community Arts Manager is responsible for managing and developing new community-based programs that serve and strengthen the communities of Southeast Baltimore, including new and older generations of immigrants, refugees and longstanding residents. The Community Arts Manager is also responsible for managing signature events and large family festivals.
