Arts Mid-Hudson Seeks Folk Arts Program Manager

Arts Mid-Hudson in Poughkeepsie, NY, seeks a Folk Arts Program Manager to manage its regional Folk Arts Program. The mission of the Folk Arts Program is to research, document, and present folk and traditional arts practiced in the Mid-Hudson region, focused around Dutchess, Ulster, and Orange Counties. The Folk Arts Program supports Arts Mid-Hudson’s mission to support thriving and diverse arts in the Mid-Hudson Valley. The folklorist works in conjunction with Arts Mid-Hudson programs in grants, funding, and community engagement initiatives and will continue working with regional groups. The Folk Arts Program manager develops collaborative projects with other arts and cultural organizations. Qualified applicants will have an advanced degree in folklore or a related field and a minimum of three years' relevant experience.
