The McKissick Museum seeks a South Carolina Folklife Program Coordinator. The SC Folklife Program Coordinator at McKissick Museum works closely with the Museum's Curator of Folklife and Fieldwork and the Staff of the South Carolina Arts Commission to administer an ongoing grant program that supports development of quality folklife and traditional arts programming, a statewide Traditional Arts Apprenticeship Initiative, the annual Jean Laney Harris Folk Heritage Award and the SC Folklife Resource Center related public programming.
