The John W. Kluge Center at the Library of Congress invites applications for its 2015 Kluge Fellowships, which give scholars extended access to Library of Congress resources by placing them in residence. Proposals from scholars in the humanities and social sciences, especially those doing "interdisciplinary, cross-cultural, or multi-lingual research" and those whose research "makes use of the Library's large and varied collections," are especially welcome. Applications for 2015 Kluge Fellowships are due by July 15, 2014. Visit the AFS Career Center to learn more.

The Kluge Center offers several other annual fellowships to scholars in the humanities and social sciences, including the Alan Lomax Fellowship in Folklife Studies and the Kislak Short-Term Fellowship for the Study of the History and Cultures of the Early Americas, both of which have May 15 application deadlines. Those interested in being notified about future Kluge Center opportunities can do so via the center's RSS feed—click here to subscribe.
