University of South Carolina's McKissick Museums Seeks SC Folklife Program Coordinator

The SC Folklife Program Coordinator position is being created at McKissick Museum to work closely with the Museum's Curator of Folklife and Fieldwork and the Staff of the South Carolina Arts Commission to administer 1) an ongoing grant program that supports development of quality folklife and traditional arts programming; 2) a statewide Traditional Arts Apprenticeship Initiative; 3) the annual Jean Laney Harris Folk Heritage Award; and 4) SC Folklife Resource Center-related public programing.
