Folk Arts Apprenticeship Exhibit, Bowling Green, KY, through September 3rd
For anyone in the vicinity of Bowling Green, KY, between now and September 3, the exhibit "The Makings of a Master: Kentucky Folk Art Apprenticeships" will be showing at SKyPAC (Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center), 601 College St., in downtown Bowling Green.  It marks the 20th anniversary of the Kentucky folk arts apprenticeship program.   On Friday, August 10, there will be a free concert/performance from 6-8 p.m., tentatively featuring the River City Drum Corps, Cheryl Pan, Lee Sexton and Carla Gover, among others.  http://www.theskypac.com/visual-arts
