The 46th annual Association for Recorded Sound Collections (ARSC) Conference will be held at the Rochester Riverside Radisson in the heart of downtown Rochester, New York, May 16-19. The Eastman School of Music will host the conference.
The Rochester Riverside Radisson is located on the bank of the Genesee River, and is a short walk from the Eastman School of Music. Nearby attractions include the George Eastman House, Rochester Museum and Science Center, and the Strong National Museum of Play.
A block of rooms has been reserved for ARSC conference attendees at the special rate of $123 for a Standard Room, single or double occupancy. (Upgraded room options are available.) Our contracted dates at the Rochester Riverside Radisson are May 15-19. Group rates will be honored three days before and after these dates, pending availability.
Rooms must be reserved by April 24, though you are strongly encouraged to make your reservations as early as possible. All rooms are held on a first-come, first-served basis.

On May 16, the Education and Training
Committee hosts "Copyright and Sound Recordings," a day-long workshop on
copyright and related issues for sound recordings. It includes a roundtable
discussion with speakers from a variety of backgrounds. Workshop participants will
have a chance to ask questions of the panel.
