2009 Annual Meeting Hotel InformationThe host hotel for our meeting is the Grove Hotel, located in the center of downtown Boise and next door to the Boise Centre on the Grove, the local convention center where our meeting will take place. Rooms at the Grove Hotel are $114 a night (plus 13% tax) for singles and doubles, and a limited number of student rooms are available for $85 a night (plus 13% tax). To make a reservation at meeting rates, please call 888/961-5000 (toll-free). (International attendees: call the hotel directly at 208/333-8000, or e-mail the hotel reservations office). For regular rooms, please refer to group code 63348. For student rooms, please refer to group code 69505. Student rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis; you will need to show a valid student ID at check-in to receive this rate. The Grove Hotel does not have an online reservations facility. These rates will be available until September 20 or until our room block fills, whichever comes first.
