|Wiki Image Gallery|
Images can "live" anywhere on the web, and be copied here, but they must be web-based; you can't copy an image directly here from your desktop, for instance.
One way to make this work is to add your image to your Files and Links in your Profile.
Right-click on the image (in your photo gallery, Files and Links list, or elsewhere on the web), and click on "copy link location," or "copy image address."
Then, on the page where you want to display the image, position the cursor in the text editor, click on the "insert" tab, then on the icon that looks like a yellow photo ("Image" appears when you hover over it), and paste the "link location"/"image address" in the "Source" text field. Use the same pop-up box to add a title (which will display when the cursor hovers over the image), and to control the spacing around the image and how the text wraps around it.
